The library offers group rooms for 4 or 6 people. All rooms have power outlets, network connectivity and a whiteboard. Rooms can be reserved for 3 hours at a time:
- Monday - Friday:
Period 1: 0800 - 1100
Period 2: 1100 - 1400
Period 3: 1400 - 1700
Period 4: 1700 - 2100
- Saturday - Sunday:
Period 1: 0830 - 1130
Period 2: 1130 - 1430
Period 3: 1430 - 1730
Period 4: Closed (opened during exam period)
Make your reservation at http://grouproom.bi.no or use the library map by clicking on the relevant room in the yellow area. The reservation system will pop up in a new window. Scroll down to select which period you wish to reserve. You may also reserve rooms in the Iphone-app BI mobile.
Directions for use of group rooms
- The rooms are to be used by two or more students. Single persons must use other areas.
- The rooms have to be reserved! Go to grouproom.bi.no for reservations.
- Only one room may be booked at a time
- Empty rooms:The group that has reserved a room must occupy the room within first ½ hour of reserved period. After this the room can be used by any other group.
- Whiteboard pens can be bought at the desk by the entrance for NOK 10.-
- Please leave the room tidy!
Audio-visual-rooms
AV-rooms are available at BI Oslo and BI Bergen. The rooms are designed for eight to nine persons, and equipped with network access, whiteboard and projector.
The rooms are not to be used performing interviews.
