Scholarships are awarded based on academic excellence as indicated by grade point average (GPA) and GMAT or other accepted admission tests. The following scholarships are available for BI Norwegian Business School students.

BI Presidential Scholarships - NEW!

The BI Presidential Scholarships are for Norwegian and international top level candidates (ECTS grade A or equivalent). They cover the full tuition fees for two years. Additional living cost scholarships may be available for international students. Read more.


 

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:

The Quota Scholarships

International students from developing countries and from Eastern European countries outside the European Union can apply for a Quota Scholarship. This scholarship is administered by BI Norwegian Business School, but is provided by the Norwegian Government (through the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund). Students must be from BI's partner institutions to be considered for this scholarship. Read more

A. Wilhelmsen Foundation Scholarship Programme

A. Wilhelmsen Foundation wants to contribute to the financing of education in Norway for foreign students and has established the scholarship program A. Wilhelmsen Foundation Scholarship Programme - BI. This scholarship is available for candidates applying for Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Science (MSc) at BI Norwegian Business School.  Read more

Master of Science Scholarships

This scholarship is offered to international students who fall outside the criteria for the Quota Scholarship. This Scholarship is individual for each student and the amount is set after an individual assessment. Read more

The application deadline for all scholarships is March 15th 2012 for the autumn 2012 intake.

The deadline for Norwegian students applying for the BI Presidential Scholarship is April 15th 2012.

A separate scholarship application letter must be written for each scholarship.

International candidates who are eligible for a regular student loan through the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund (have at least 180 ECTS from a Norwegian educational institution) will not be considered for any of the scholarships. The only exception is BI Presidential Scholarship for which everyone can apply
