
Research Prize: Microeconomics of Competitiveness Hall of Fame
The distinction – Microeconomics of Competitiveness Hall of Fame – is awarded to persons who have made significant academic and research contributions to the Microeconomics of Competitiveness academic network. The network consists of more than 100 universities and business schools world-wide.
The distinction was presented during a ceremony at Harvard Business School.
In his citation, Harvard professor Michael Porter emphasised the three major business and industry studies conducted by Torger Reve in Norway: A Competitive Norway (1991), A Value Creating Norway (2001) and A Knowledge Based Norway (2011).
