Lars Glasø is a new professor in the Department of Leadership and Organizational Management. He teaches organizational psychology topics at BI Norwegian Business School.
Having trained at several institutions in both clinical psychology and organizational psychology, and with many years of experience as an organizational consultant, Glasø will be teaching several programme subjects at BI Norwegian Business School.
”I teach several programmes, including Master of Science, Master of Management and the PhD programme in the Department of Leadership and Organizational Management.”
This is a master programme where the students have different backgrounds. Some are young full-time students while others have work experience and want to supplement their professional expertise. Glasø looks forward to contributing his knowledge in a teaching context:
”I look forward to teaching in these programme areas. My research fields are varied, including applied organizational psychology, leadership and emotions, bullying and destructiveness in working life. This enables me to present new research in my lectures, which makes it particularly interesting for the students.”
A Master of Science in leadership and organizational psychology is aptly suited for consultants, researchers and executives. The courses are essential for everyone who will be working with human resources in an organization.
