Student Identity card
All students at BI Norwegian Business School can receive a personal ID card (student identity card) when starting their studies. You can request a personal ID card from the Student Service center in U1. The card can be utilised as proof of identity (ID card), library card, access to the parking facilities, payment card in automatic vending machines, document centre and for copying and printing. This is a pre-paid card which you refill by transferring money from your own account to the card.
Various codes:
ID number
Your ID number can be found on your contract and your student ID card. The number consists of seven digits. Please memorise this number - as a BI student you are going to need it for a number of things.
User name and password
Together with the confirmation of your student place, you received your personal log-on information for all electronic services at BI. You must use this in connection with all log-on services at BI.
The user name starts with the letter 's' followed by seven digits (e.g. s0101010).
The password consists of six digits.

If you have lost any of your personal codes you must contact the Student Service Center in U1, e-mail: 
Lost your card?
If you have lost your card you must contact the Student Service Center in U1 and order a new identity card. The cost of a new card is NOK 150,- and you will receive an invoice from BI. Remaining funds on the lost card will not be transferred to the new card.
