This programme is designed for BI Master of Science students and runs for a year. The International master programme consist of approx. 20 master students who are partnered with a mentor based on personality, background, studyprogramme and interest.
For bachelor students we are running a mentor programme in Norwegian.
Purpose
The purpose of the programme is twofold: to offer the students another competency in addition to the curriculum and to create a forum for personal growth and reflection in connection with career and professional direction.
Content
The programme consist of three elements: the relationship between the student and the mentor, small network group meetings and mini-seminars for the whole group.
Who can apply
Students (adepts) - in the 1st year of Master of Science programme are welcome to apply.
Mentors - we are looking for participates with long leadership experience within an international environment
