Mirha Sunagic

Biography

Mirha Sunagic is a PhD candidate in the department of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at Norwegian Business School BI. Her dissertation focuses on the relationship between employees’ aspirational role identities and their willingness to voice ‘risky’ issues (criticisms, problems and self-made errors).
