Entrepreneurial leadership in a changing world

Leadership styles comes in all forms and scales. Entrepreneurial leadership is a distinctive style of leadership that can be present in an organization of any size, type, or age. Leadership, in general,
involves influencing the activities of an organized group toward goal achievement (House et al. Citation1999, p. 184; Rauch and Behling Citation1984, p. 46).

In stormy times you have to lead and set goals and targets. You have to anticipate more detours and adjustments. Having an entrepreneurial mindset and using entrepreneurial thinking to integrate diverse pieces of information into a direction moving forward.
