To celebrate our school’s 80th anniversary, we have invited BI’s new honorary doctorate, Lise Klaveness, to give an exclusive talk to BI students about action-oriented leadership through complex and difficult times.

Lise Klaveness is a Norwegian lawyer and former international footballer. In 2022, she became the first female President of the Norwegian Football Federation (NFF), firmly focused on human rights and equal opportunities for all. She made headlines across the world after speaking out about human rights issues and the need for action at last year’s 72nd FIFA Congress in Doha, Qatar.
To celebrate BI’s 80th anniversary in 2023, BI’s student organisation BISO nominated Klaveness to receive an honorary doctorate.
Lise will answer questions from students after her lecture. After the event, free lunch will be served for all participating students outside the auditorium.
