“Nordic perspectives on strategic communication”

To prepare manuscript submissions for the upcoming special issue on “Nordic perspectives on strategic communication” in the International Journal of Strategic Communication we will host a research paper development workshop on 29 November 2024 at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo. The workshop brings together members of the editorial team of the special issue with authors who plan to submit their manuscripts to the special issue at the end of February next year (deadline 28 February 2025). To help prepare manuscripts for submission, authors are invited to present and discuss their working papers during the workshop.

To be considered for the workshop, please send your working paper to the workshop organizers Alexander Buhmann (alexander.buhmann@bi.no) and Guro Sanden (guro.r.sanden@bi.no) by 15 October 2024. While we encourage submissions of rather “mature” manuscripts (full paper) we will also consider short paper of about 3,000 words including references.

Notifications of acceptance to the workshop will be given by 25 October 2024 at the latest.

Please note that presentation at the workshop does not guarantee acceptance of the paper for publication in the International Journal of Strategic Communication, and submission of a paper to, or participation in the workshop is not a precondition for submission to the special issue.
