More experienced EMBA-students

34 students from nine different countries embarked on the Executive MBA programme at BI Norwegian Business School in February. This year’s batch of students is more experienced and older than in previous years.

A desire for professional updates, exchanging experience and network building is the main reason why many choose an Executive MBA programme, Norwegian financial tabloid Finansavisen wrote on 22 February.

«I want a broader perspective and more input as regards management,» says engineer Torill Kleven to Finansavisen.

«It’s also important to share experiences and a multinational student group is useful in that regard,» says Raymond Johansen.

The General Executive MBA programme at BI takes 18 months and is offered in cooperation with Berkeley in San Francisco, Nanyang Business School in Singapore and Instituto Empresa in Madrid.
