Digital teaching only for BI students in January

16 December 2021

In line with the current infection situation and new guidelines from the government, BI has decided to start the spring semester with open campuses, but only digital teaching.

“We know how important predictability is for our students, as well as having the opportunity to meet fellow students face-to-face on campus. The pandemic has been a period dominated by uncertainty and we want to do everything we can to provide the best, most predictable and safest possible study environment for our students”, says Inge Jan Henjesand, President of BI Norwegian Business School.

For now, digital teaching will be implemented until 28 January in BI’s full-time programmes, and until 23 January for Executive programmes.

BI will continuously assess the possibility for physical lectures after these dates, based on the government’s and local health authorities’ recommendations. Any changes in BI’s teaching offer will be communicated well in advance of implementation.

BI’s campuses and library facilities in Oslo, Stavanger, Bergen and Trondheim will remain open for students throughout January.
