The Academy of International Business (AIB) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting impactful research, improving business education, and collaborating with leaders in policy and interdisciplinary research. The AIB fellows are a group of distinguished scholars who have been recognized for their outstanding contributions to business research.

I believe that with this recognition also comes the responsibility to help develop tomorrow’s international business scholars and to continue to do cutting edge research which makes an impact on management theory and practice. I hope this recognition also will help strengthen BI’s reputation in international business,” says Fey.
He is most well-known for his research on international knowledge transfer for which he won the Journal of International Business Studies decade award for in 2013 and his research exploring which management practices work best in different countries due to cultural and institutional differences with a special focus on understanding how firms can work effectively in China and other large transforming economies.
