The Supervisory Committee

The committee reviews the consolidated financial statements, chooses the auditor and oversees that the Board's management is in compliance with laws and statutes.

The Supervisory Committee consists of three external members:

Christian Winther, Colliers
Hege Stensland Sveen, Vestre innlandet tingrett
Bjørn Brenna, Agra
From BI, the President and Chief Financial Officer will attend the meetings

The Supervisory Committee meets twice a year, once in the spring semester and once during the fall semester (normally in June and December).
