SECOND PS2SHARE CONSORTIUM MEETING - MARCH 2017

The Consortium held their second meeting of the EU H2020 Project in Milan, Italy

Held over two days, the consortium partners discussed the progression of the one-year project as they approach the first major deadline for deliverables. In the beautiful setting of Milan, Italy, the consortium was hosted by the University of Milano-Bicocca.

The meeting began with Alberta Andreotti and Guido Anselmi (University of Milano-Bicocca) welcoming the consortium participants and with Christian Fieseler (BI Norwegian Business School) giving a welcome presentation, outlining the project’s progression to date. Gemma Newlands (BI Norwegian Business School) gave a presentation on the current status and overall framing of the Power Literature Review. Giulia Ranzini (VU University, Amsterdam) gave a presentation on the current status and overall framing of the Privacy Literature Review. Christian Hoffmann (University of Leipzig) followed with a presentation on the current status and overall framing of the Participation Literature Review. The literature reviews will be available on the project website at the beginning of May.

The consortium was glad to welcome Nina Kusber from Jovoto, who gave an introductory presentation of Jovoto and provided an overview of their trajectory and mission. Nina Kusber detailed how Jovoto was situated within the project and expressed her excitement about the possible forms of collaboration going forward.

Overall, the consortium had an enjoyable and productive meeting and has a clear outline on the upcoming data collection efforts, including international focus groups and a Europe-wide survey. The consortium is excited to progress forward with the project and is looking forward to meeting up again in Oslo in the summer.
