BI is the largest provider of tailor-made education for businesses and organisations in Norway, in both the public and private sectors. Our tailor-made programmes are based on three ground principles:

  • Link the manager's competence to the firm's organizational challenges and strategic direction.
  • Strive that the programmes lead to change of behavior and results in the firm.
  • Design the programmes in interaction with the individual firms.


Education should fit the client, not the other way around. This is a core value for us. We don’t believe in ready-made, one-size-fits-all courses, or that our models fit every challenge. Instead, we tailor-make a programme that combines current research and pedagogic expertise with the client’s unique needs, assembling a team that is specially suited for the task at hand.
