The post-pandemic reality presents organizations with a range of challenges and opportunities to shape the way they do business. In this seminar, we delve into the possible learnings from the pandemic for communication professionals from different angles. Specifically, the panel sets out to focus on opportunities and challenges from a crisis management perspective, discuss opportunities for internal communication for leaders and hybrid teams, and reflect on opportunities to preserve some of the digital solutions that can contribute to a more sustainable future. Discussants from large corporations in Norway and Sweden will furthermore reflect on differences and similarities in the various Scandinavian countries.
