Elin Akre Trønnes

Lecturer - Department of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour

Biography

Elin Akre Trønnes is a lecturer within the fields of organisational behaviour and psychology, motivation, stress, self leadership, and group psychology. She completed her Master of Science in Leadership and organisational psychology degree at BI Norwegian Business School in 2007.

For the last decade, she has been part of the Student Counselling and Career Services team at BI Norwegian Business School as a careers advisor. Her main responsibilites have included extensive career and motivational guidance of students as well as teaching career management skills courses. As part of this role, she also remained in close collaboration with practitioners, especially within the HR and recruitment fields. She has previous experience from project management and management consulting.

Elin has a great desire to inspire and insure great learning experiences for students, both in the auditorium and throughout their student journey.
