Flexible short online courses
BI offers a new series of 100% online non-credit short courses for the Executive market within some of the most relevant subject areas for a changing market environment.
HOW IT WORKS
The series of Short Online Modules consists of three separate modules where you can chose one, two or three modules. Each module runs over a period of three weeks with weekly 3-hours online live classes at Zoom and online learning material and activities at the Insendi learning platform.
The majority of Short Online Modules are in Norwegian, but we now launch the first modules in English.
SERIES IN ENGLISH:
The course series Money Matters addresses how to manage financial resources. It consists of three individual courses, each at a different level of analysis – the organisation itself, its financial flows, and its activities.
Participants obtain an insight in the financial situation of their organization, how to handle the organisation’s cash flows, and how to manage the activities that generate or reduce the organisation’s financial resources.
Learning is based on peer-to-peer, group work in preparation before the sessions. Sessions revolve around exercises and cases that need to be solved by the group. Specific attention is paid to forming each peer group. Groups work actively online with the faculty as coaches. Read more about the courses below:
There is an increase in focus on “customer experience” as a source of competitive advantage. Organizations and customers interact through a wide variety of physical, online, and mobile channels during various stages of the customer journey. All these interactions need to be managed to develop and sustain consistent brand experiences across these channels.
These three courses introduces you to the field of customer experience management. Read more about the courses below:
FORMALIZE WITH ECTS?

Alternatively, admission may be based on age and prior learning and work experience. The deadline if you want to apply for the exam is February 25th for the Spring semester or September 25th for the Autumn semester. There is an exam fee, currently NOK 2950,-
