An essential part of your learning process, the Leadership Development Programme will expand your potential as an effective leader. Starting with a personality test and a 360 degree assessment of your leadership skills, you will define development goals that you are going to work on during the EMBA. A personal mentor will follow your progression throughout the programme.

You will be assigned a personal mentor who will follow your progression throughout the entire programme. EMBA Alumni are spread among a wide arena of challenging and innovative positions, and it is from this experienced pool that the mentors are recruited. They are given formal training before they begin mentoring.
At the programme start, you will complete a NEO-Phi personality test and a 360 degree assessment of your leadership skills. You will receive general feedback on these assessments during a plenary session with a professor, and individual feedback in a formal meeting with your mentor and a professional coach. In this meeting, you will define development goals that you are going to work on during the EMBA.
