The Changing Maritime Industry

A live case together with Grieg Maritime had been prepared, and on day 2 we welcomed the CEO, Matt Duke to join for an inspirational session where the participants probed into the strategy for green ammonia.

Strategic Work

In November the participants gathered in Oslo to continue the journey. Topics ranged from strategy under uncertainty, strategic resources, business models & value creation and shipping finance. To bring the participants outside their comfort zone, they also got a crash course in communication.

We were also fortunate to have Thomas Wilhelmsen, CEO Wilhelmsen group visit us. This was a stimulating live case with engaging discussions on how to attract the right competence to the industry, to drive innovation into new business segments.
