This October, the centre invited professionals within an array of different fields to speak on the best ways to enact and convey sustainability within an organization. The concept of sustainability is ambiguous, there are different purposes of measurement, and not the least there is confusion over terminology and methods. The seminar thus showcased companies and organizations that are leading the way on integrating sustainability and climate action into their business strategy. This was supported by recent research from KPMG, Sustainability Hub and Luntz Global.
The speakers of the conference covered key aspects such as establishing successful sustainability strategies, how to communicate the subject in an effective manner and how to turn the most stubborn climate sceptics into sustainability supporters.
