The varied array of insights provided a solid basis for interesting discussions about how corporate communication serves as an important tool for organizational success. Among the featured keynotes were unlocking business value through strategic corporate communication, marketing and corporate communication as purpose-led partners, communication as a strategic driver in times of crisis as well as transforming the Corporate Communication Function to meet the future demands of the Leadership.
The following day, the centre invited to further discussions on the chief communications officer of the future. Speakers Chantal Tregear and Ansgar Zerfass explored how the communication profession has changed and will look in the future, as well as how to work effectively as a communication department.
