Value Driven Service Innovation
Value Driven Service Innovation (VDSI) is an international research project in collaboration between BI Norwegian Business School, Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and the University of California at Berkeley.
The aim and goal of this research project is to deliver value for both academia and practitioners within service innovation. In order to create this value this project has developed the Service Innovation Triangle which is a visual representation of a service firm in a consumer society.
