The research broadly studies the implications of their unique form of value creation on customer value, inter-firm cooperation and competition, organization, marketing practices and regulation.
The research involves German, Israeli, Italian, Spanish, Swedish and Norwegian researchers from the fields of strategic management, economics and marketing. Empirical studies are being conducted in telecommunication, banking and insurance industries.
