Research Project

Value Driven Service Innovation

Value Driven Service Innovation (VDSI) is an international research project in collaboration between BI Norwegian Business School, Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and the University of California at Berkeley.

This research project conducts interviews with the leading thinkers within academia and the leading practitioners within business from the field of service innovation.

These interviews constitute a large part of the research material for this project and the second of the forthcoming books will draw directly upon insight from the interviewees. On this page you can read a short introduction about each of the leading thinkers and practitioners that have been interviewed so far, and, as more interviews are conducted their profiles will be added to this list.
