LearningLab is BI Norwegian Business School's resource center for teaching, learning and ICT. LearningLab supports faculty and other staff with pedagogical development and production of digital learning resources, as well as courses and support in software related to teaching.
Our goal at LearningLab is improving student learning. Our work is supported by international research on constructive alignment, active learning, learning design and educational use of technology.

The BI2020-project and the resulting report is the background for the systematic innovation in teaching and learning support at BI. The project begun in 2012 and the report was presented for the BI board in January 2013. The report contains three scenarios for how we see higher education in 2020. Blended learning is about utilizing digital tools in teaching and learning. Both the physical meeting between student and lecturer, and online activities are equally important for the student's learning process.

New this year is a resource developed by LearningLab to help faculty wanting ideas to utilize theories on constructive alignment and blended learning when designing courses, or need some inspiration to start conversations about course planning with your colleagues.
