The copyright holder (author/creator) has all the rights to the work, but BI has a purposive right of disposal. Those who want to use the work, have to contact the copyright holder and BI. The work is visible to all employees at BI. The copyright holder and the BI administration may jointly decide that the work should be withdrawn or be shared with selected people at BI. This license is used when BI has a purposive right of disposal.
