Master of Science in Strategic Marketing Management

BI prides itself on its rigorous academic curriculum and engaging educational experience with career-minded application of theory. BI is a highly selective institution; we seek to enroll business students who demonstrate the intellectual curiosity, professional leadership, and academic ability to succeed. The programme also welcomes applications from candidates with other educational backgrounds provided the combination of courses provides a good foundation for specialised study in marketing.

The Associate Dean of the programme may, in special cases, accept other documented qualifications, which could be considered equal to the qualifications listed above.

2. GRADE REQUIREMENTS
The minimum grade requirement is a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.50 on an ECTS scale.

Applicants with a grade of D or lower in relevant courses may be refused admission on the basis of an overall academic assessment. Whether the grade applies to a course that is considered to be of particular relevance to the programme will be taken into account; these are the courses included in the group of compulsory courses for admission.

Note: All grades will be converted to the ECTS grade scale before applications will be evaluated for admission. Follow this link to help calculate your GPA.

3. RANKING OF APPLICANTS
The admission requirements are minimum requirements and do not automatically give applicants a right of admission. If the number of qualified applicants is higher than the number of places, the applicants will be ranked according to qualifications. Applicants will be ranked on the basis of grade point average. If the grade point average is the same, applicants with a better GMAT score will be prioritised.

4. SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
In special cases the Associate Dean for the programme may approve other documented qualifications that can be considered equal to the admission requirements above for academically strong applicants.

*Admission requirements may be subject to change. Please note in addition to the general admission requirements, each Master of Science programme has specific curricular requirements you must also fulfil to gain admission.
