Find required reading in the readinglists

To get a full overview of your syllabus literature, search for your course by code or name in our readinglists.

  • Access the books and articles that are available online.
  • Check if a book is available in the library, or reserve the book in Oria.

Oria shows results from multiple databases

You can search Oria from the library front page or by going to Search by title, author or topic.  You search in BI holdings and  Oria will only show results where you can access articles in fulltext.

No results?

You may:

  • Order articles which BI does not have access to. Check the "Norwegian Academic Litbraries"-tab
  • Expand the search by clicking "Include results without full twext onlice access"

Please contact the library if you need assistance!

Google Scholar- access to academic documents

You may also search on title, author, title words etc. in Google Scholar. Check if we have access to the article by clicking "Full Text @BI?".

See the words Full Text @BI?

Look for the text "Full Text @BI" for quick access to articles in full-text. We have integrated a link resolver in most of our databases. This provides you with articles in full-text, or the choice to order articles which we don't have in our collection.

Suggest a book

If you know of a book you feel we ought to include in our collection, let us know. If the subject is relevant we will buy it.

Remote access

Use the library web pages as a starting point. That way you will easily get access to articles, e-books, journals and databases when outside the BI campuses.

Our fiction collection has its own room in Oslo, and all of our campus libraries have shelves with fiction books.
