Study at BI

Student Life

Student life is a lot more than lectures and auditoriums. It can be the best, most challenging, stressful, and rewarding period of your life. You will meet new people, find new interests, and develop yourself both socially and academically.

Health and wellness

In order to succeed in your studies, you need certain things. SiO and BI offers a wide range of health and councelling services.

  • Gym

The Athletica Nydalen gym is located right in our campus building. This gym, operated by SiO, has a wide range of facilities and services, including personal train and group sessions.

  • Public health nurse

Our nurses can help answer any questions you have about physical or mental health - you can ask them anything. This option is usually faster and more affordable than a doctor.

  • Mental health

If you need someone to talk to, you can always contact SiO's mental health professionals. Located off-campus, these specialists can help you with anything related to mental health.
