Sissel Hammerstrøm is the Director of Executive Degree Programmes at BI Norwegian Business School and has extensive experience across various areas including executive programs, leadership development, learning and development, MBA programs, and international business. Sissel holds an Executive MBA from BI and an MA in Chinese language and Culture from University of Oslo.
Kaja Eidet Eikeland is the CEO in Assessit, a leading Scandinavian consulting company with a vision to develop and challenge tomorrow's leaders. Kaja is an experienced leader from international tech -and matrix-organization. She has extensive experience with HR management, recruitment and selection, executive search, organizational-, team- and leadership development. She also has experience with management consulting, including strategy and business development.
