You can withdraw from a programme or a course both before and after you have started. You have the right to withdraw under the Right of Withdrawal Act for 14 days from signing the study contract.

Applications for withdrawal, leaves or postponed start of studies shall be provided in writing to the campus and BI must confirm in writing that the application has been received. The applicant is responsible for documenting that an application for withdrawal, leave or postponed start of studies is submitted within the indicated deadlines.
