Laboratories of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and IoT in Digital Marketing

The adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies is widely expanding in our society. Applications of AI include: self-driving cars, personal assistants, financial services, cyber security, web search, product recommendations, etc. Such applications use AI techniques to interpret information from a wide variety of sources and use it to enable intelligent, goal-directed behaviors.

Using applied lab sessions and team work, this module ensures that each student masters some theoretical foundations and acquires hands-on experiences on the role of AI in creating, communicating, and delivering personalized offering to customers. The effect of an AI-driven environment on branding and customer management practices is explored and applied.

To accomplish these goals, a variety of popular press readings, academic research papers, cases and guest speakers will be used.
