3 INTRO QUESTIONS

What is the best and the most challenging thing about your job?

The best part about my role is getting to work with so many fantastic people across our organization, from product teams to sales. This also forces us to put a lot of emphasis on clear communication and transforming data into actionable insights for a wide range of stakeholders - something that can also be very challenging when working in a fast-paced environment.

Why did you choose to study in Norway and at BI?

I wanted to do my Master's abroad to kickstart an international career. I did a lot of research and came across the program for MSc in Strategic Marketing Management at BI, which seemed incredibly interesting and exactly what I was looking for. I had never been to Oslo before, but quickly fell in love with the city and decided to take the leap, which turned out to be worth it!

Is there something specific you learned at BI that you now use/practice at Google?

The courses at BI really prepared me to internalize and structure information under pressure, which has been incredibly useful at Google. I have fond memories of lectures where we had to critically analyze research papers, teaching us not to take everything at face value - something that's been helpful in life overall.
