Todd Clark is a senior vice president in the Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He leads the department’s macroeconomics group.

Monica is a Professor of Economics at the School of Economics, University of Bristol and Deputy Research Director at the Institute for Fiscal Studies. She is a fellow of the International Association for Applied Econometrics, and a Research Fellow at CEPR, IZA and HCEO. She is also managing editor of Fiscal Studies, the academic journal of the Institute for Fiscal Studies.

Michael McCracken is an Assistant Vice-President at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. He previously worked as an Economist at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and as a professor of Economics at both the University of Missouri and Louisiana State University. His research is in time series econometrics with an emphasis on forecasting.
