Participation is open to everybody interested in the topic and curious to learn. Doing qualitative research is not pre-requisite for attendance.
The forum was found in February 2022. Since than it has hosted at least three research seminars (90 minutes) each term with leading scholars in the qualitative research, including editors of the most prestigious journals in the broader field of management (e.g. Academy of Management Journal, Organization Studies, Strategic Organization, Organization Theory, and Academy of Management Learning & Education). In addition, the forum organizes hands-on workshops and lunches, and a yearly one-day event in collaboration with NHH Norwegian School of Economics.
The intention of the forum is to bring together scholars from different domains, disciplines, and institutions to learn about and discuss qualitative research methods.
