International Seasonal Holiday Party

Whether you celebrate Hannukah, Kwanzaa, Diwali, Christmas, or any other seasonal celebration, we would like to invite you and your close family to join us at this event on November 29th.

The aim of the event is to provide newcomers with an opportunity to get to know other internationals, experience some Norwegian traditions and, of course, have a good time. There will be some activities for kids, Christmas music and food for everyone.

We want to share some Norwegian Christmas traditions and food with our internationals, as we know that this past couple of years have not granted many opportunities to experience Christmas in Norway.

We are excited to announce that the event will feature a presentation from Benedicte Brøgger, a Norwegian social anthropologist and professor of business development and innovation at BI. She researches and teaches within intercultural communication and cross-cultural management, among other areas, and has a lot of international experience behind her.

The event will start at 17h for registration and mingling, guest presentation at 17:30h, food after 18:00h, and we will keep the music going until 20:30h.

Do you sing or play an instrument? Please feel free to contact HR if you want to contribute with some entertainment.
