Datasimulering som metode for å analysere effekter av nye og innovative helsetjenester (NO)

This workshop is in Norwegian.

Deltaker: Lene Berge Holm, associate professor at Oslo Metropolitan University, and a researcher at the department for health service research (HØKH) at Ahus.

Room: A2-010

Design Labs in the Clinical Environment - Embedded Service Design Labs (EN)

This workshop is in English.
Join us in exploring design labs – a collaborative space within a clinical setting where designers and healthcare personnel work on site to develop and test new service solutions. Our workshop provides unique insights into how these labs, can enhance innovation and foster new or improved services.

We'll cover real-life examples, demonstrate their value, and guide you through the initial steps of setting up such labs. This is an ideal opportunity for those ready to lead new service development in healthcare, offering tools for creating an innovative service portfolio amid strategic changes.

Participant:  Jonathan Romm, Associate Professor, AHO and Duan Zhipeng, PhD fellow, AHO

Room: A2-050

Problem Formulation and Problem Solving in Public Procurement (EN)

This workshop is in English.
Purchasing new health care services involves complex coordination and cooperation between buyer and supplier. In this workshop you will work on the challenges that prevent buyers and suppliers in defining and solving complex problems together. You will test out an engaging role play in which you learn how to manage the challenges.

Participants: Jon Bingen Sande, Professor at BI Norwegian Business School, and Anna Stephanova, Ph.D student at BI Norwegian Business School.

Room: A2-015

Hospitality and Hostility in Healthcare at Home (EN)

This workshop is in English.
This workshop will employ design approaches to critically reflect on the ways that healthcare’s movement into the home can create hostility. Through careful attention to symbols, rituals and thresholds of hospitality, we will work together to redesign products and services such that they thoughtfully attend to their implications on people’s everyday life at home.

Participants will gain new design methods for tracing the visible and the invisible aspects of care and bringing to life alternative care practices. They will also gain a deeper understanding of nuanced design principles for crafting care at home.

Participants: Josina Vink, Marie Louise Juul and Jeanne Sintic, AHO

Room: A2-020

Step up. Tidlig metodevurdering i praksis (NO)
