It is one of the largest and most prestigious conferences in the field. This year's conference had the theme "Communication, Technology and Human Dignity".

Christoph's paper was part of the session "Old and New Divides within the Digital World" and discusses inequalities in emerging technologies, such as smart speakers and online labor platforms. It critically reflects on how such technologies pose new challenges in terms of access, use and outcomes in the form of benefits and harms. The presentation was well attended and  well received.
