The Department of Economics has a faculty whose interests cover major fields in economics, mathematics and statistics.
The department offers research-based and experienced-based high-quality teaching at all levels, providing their students with the best possible qualifications in applied economics.
The faculty publish regularly in international academic journals and serve on editorial boards. They also act as advisors to the government and private organizations, and contribute to public debate on current economic issues.
