SHORT-TERM RENTAL OF ROOMS AT CAMPUS OSLO

Do you wish to rent a room at Campus Oslo?

BI Business School welcomes rentals for conferences and seminars. We offer rental of auditoriums and classrooms for external actors.

BI is situated in the heart of Nydalen with easy access by public transports. BI has the facilities you need to host seminars, meeting and conferences. Our rooms are equipped with modern technical equipment, the building has several mingle and common areas and our supplier Gastro provides catering. BI also has its own event department that offers help with coordinating the events.

We have rooms in a variety of sizes, from large auditoriums with room for 650 people, to small classrooms for 25 people. The rooms have several layouts for different types of lectures, debates and group work.

BI wish to create synergy effects at conferences and seminars. For example, we can convey information to relevant departments and students, or look at opportunities for academic collaboration. If your company wish to participate or contribute at an already planned event, let us know. At several events, it is also possible to rent a stand.

The capacity may be limited at some parts of the year, as it is affected by exam periods and teaching.

For more information about rental or collaboration, contact us at events@bi.no.

"Natural light and open areas help to make the building a small village where everyone can feel welcome. Here, 8000 people will be in constant motion, which will be visible from the outside."
