In this lecture, Dr. Fergus Neville will take us back to the events of January 6, 2021, during the Capitol attack, revealing the intricate interplay between identity leadership and engaged followership. Former President Donald Trump serves as a compelling example of how leaders can influence group actions and social identity. Neville's research demonstrates how the interaction between leaders and followers challenges traditional perceptions of leadership.
