Norway`s largest postal service company Posten, delivered a relevant business-case to the students. A total of five teams were given 36 hours to solve the task. The winners of the competition were Martine Marie Kongerud (23), Morten Chris Ander Olden Berg (22) and Lene Møll (22).
- As a group, we chose to focus on building the concept from within, through utilizing the stores' staff and super users for external power. A reputation is built largely in directly contact with the company, therefore we wanted to look at the effects before action, says Kongerud.
The jury emphasized the structure and methodology by the winning case-team. The students understanding of the company`s historical perspective, their solid academic approach and in particular the concept and solution, was essential for the jury`s decision.
KommCase 2013 was arranged by the Student Union at BI Norwegian Business School together with contributing partners from Norwegian business life; First House, Hammer and Hanborg, Nucleus, Trigger, Kommunikasjonsforeningen and Kampanje.
