To celebrate the International Women’s day 8th of March, BI and BISO invite you to a digital event

The share of female top managers in larger organizations is still low, but some women have reached the top. How has their journey been to get there? What external barriers have they met, and have they dealt with any kind of inner resistance for taking on a demanding, yet exciting top management role?

To celebrate the International Women’s day 8th of March, BI and BISO invite you to a digital event where Tom Colbjørnsen, former President of BI, will present his research about female managers’ ways to the top.

We will also hear from female top managers themselves, what has brought them onwards and upwards?

  • Cecilia Flatum

    Cecilia Flatum is the passionate leader of Consulting at Deloitte Norway. She has extensive experience from leading large transformations in the public sector. Twin mother and sports addict.

  • Janneke Tranås Marino

    Janneke Tranås Marino is heading up the Market & Customer Experience unit of Gjensidige ASA Private Division. Her senior management experience spans various industries including 15 years in Banking and Insurance.

  • Ellen-Marie Bjerknes Nygård

    Ellen-Marie Bjerknes Nygård is the CEO of the niche consulting company Gnist Technology Advisors, and has prior to that 13 years of experience from large tech and management consulting companies as a director and an advisor within digital transformation.

  • Ingelin Drøpping

    Ingelin Drøpping is currently Director Division regional and business development at Innovation Norway. Her past experience includes Executive Vice President for the space and surveillance division in Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace, as well as VP positions in Telenor and Panasonic Avionics.
