Elin Borrebæk has worked in Telenor since 2002 and has previously held a number of executive positions. In 2014 she became the Strategy Director at Telenor Norge and was responsible for leading all strategic assessments directly commissioned by the CEO and the Norwegian management. In 2015 she advanced to the position as the director for all portfolio management and project development within technology and digitization, across all divisions. Prior work experience includes positions at TietoEnator and Accenture respectively (2000-2002).

Elin Borrebæk (40) has a degree in civil engineering from NTNU (1999) with a specialization in industrial economics, and her professional background is from IT. In addition, she holds a MBA in Technology Management from MIT Sloan/NTNU/NHH (2006). She has also completed the Solstrand-programme for young leaders (2008).
