Research Methodology in Accounting and Business Control

Introduction

This course is an introductory course for students who will write the master’s thesis as a part of the MSc in Business with major in Accounting and Business Control. It provides the initial training to identify and produce quality research that can contribute to the economy and society.

• Advice on writing the master thesis
• Literature search and evaluation of sources

• Revision of general accounting research topics such as accounting transparency, information disclosure, financial reporting quality, earnings management, and corporate social responsibility.
