Introduction
The program aims to provide the participants with knowledge and attitudes that will enable them to be central players in developing a contemporary leadership style, with a particular emphasis on the inter-personal dimension of the leadership function.

1st course module - Strategic HR
2nd course module - HR for intrinsic and prosocial motivation
3rd course module - Developmental HR, recruitment, selection, career development, and training and development
4th course module - HR and innovation, incremental innovation and HR trends
5th course module - Leadership and HR
