Value Creation in the Global Energy Ecosystem (2024/2025)

Introduction

This course is part of the Executive Master of Management in Energy in cooperation with BI Norwegian Business School and IFP School.

The course adds to the energy program’s overall objective by addressing external forces in the green energy transition, as well providing analytical tools to evaluate organizations’ resources, capabilities, and activities. Being able to critically reflect on how organizations strategize in competitive and cooperative dimensions to create value is essential. Managers are increasingly facing triple bottom line demands from many stakeholders in an evolving ecosystem which will shape the future of energy supply and demand. This course will help participants to navigate and create novel paths of value creation, benefitting their own organizations and the society at large.
