Treasury Management

This course will introduce you to the key factors of treasury management and their impact on your organization.

Introduction

Treasury management is evolving towards a more strategic role. The responsibilities of the treasury department have gone beyond cash management, and include fund raising, bank & investor relations, and risk management advisory.

Having sufficient cash available to meet your company’s needs is vital. Multiple cash flows and cash “traps” have elevated the role of cash management and cash forecasting. Meanwhile the fast pace of digital transformation and data management leads to rapid changes in cash management.

Participants joining this course will therefore be introduced to the key factors affecting cash management and get an understanding of how cash management interacts with other domains within the organization.
